Brainy Quote is an excellent site for locating the perfect quote for finishing projects and papers.

Grammar Girl is fantastic site to find more specific grammar information - things like the use of "affect" or "effect" as well as when to use "whom" instead of "who".
Also included are fun historical bits explaining why some phrases evolved to be used the way that they are today.
Figment
Figment is a great site where young writers can go to share their writing and receive feedback from other writers and readers their age.
The site hosts discussion forums on the various aspects of writing and occasionally hosts professional writers as guests to foster discussion between the blooming mind's of today's young authors and those who are tried and true.
